"In addiction counseling, we work with clients (immediate/extended family members and others) who are in
relationships with someone who struggles with substance use/abuse/dependency. We work with clients from a strengths-based perspective. Clients create individual plans to facilitate healthy relationships with the addict in their lives. Clients also develop their own plan for self-care. We assist clients to focus on co-dependent/enabling behaviors and thus ultimately changing their behaviors improves their quality of life"

"In Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, and Grief counseling, we believe in the importance of a collaborative client/therapist relationship and support the therapeutic process with hands-on, practical and educational
solutions to utilize throughout your daily life. Together, we will consider a holistic approach, creating an authentic environment in order to facilitate real change. We may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness
strategies, and provide education on the power of the mind and how it interacts with and affects our body. Knowledge is power. We will work to identify strengths and weaknesses, explore new ideas, create proactive behavior patterns and thought processes to build a sense of empowerment and positive engagement in your life."
