Kimberly was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, and moved to St. Louis in 2002 when she was 20 years old. She met her husband, and since then they have moved back to Rogers and now back to St. Louis! They came back with twin boys and a dog.
Once her twins entered kindergarten, Kimberly decided to enroll at Black Brook School of Massage in Fayetteville, Ark. There she learned the Joseph B. Stephenson Method of Creative Healing. She tries to incorporate creative healing in her massage practice based on her client’s needs.
When she is not working, she's playing Minecraft with her boys, making her own jewelry, and enjoying family movie nights. She's a nerd for Zelda games, cheesy scary movies, and building Lego sets for her kids.
Creative healing through Swedish massage, lymphatic massage and myofascial work can help bring the body back to a more balanced state.
Kimberly also offers deep tissue and hot stone massage to help release muscle tension and pain. Massage has always been in her “self-help toolbox” to reduce my anxiety, stress and insomnia. She encourages all her clients to treat massage as a necessity, not a luxury. Adding regular massage therapy sessions can greatly support a client through their self-improvement journey.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same stroking and kneading movements as Swedish massage, but there’s far more pressure. This pressure can sometimes be painful. Deep tissue targets the inner tissues of the muscles, tendons and fascia and is used for tight, congested muscles.

Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that uses actual hot stones to help you relax and ease tense muscles. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body using Swedish massage strokes. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.

Prenatal massage is a gentler massage best suited for clients in their second or third trimester. It is focused on relaxation and relief from any tension and pain that is caused by pregnancy. Prenatal massage can help support circulation, reduce insomnia, heartburn, and reduce joint pain, headaches, and low back pain.
Hands & Feet
Texting, typing and writing isolates and constricts the muscles in your hands. The muscles can become tight and lead to future issues like carpal tunnel syndrome. Similarly, the feet take on our body’s pressure, weight and strain throughout the course of the day. Sometimes, just a Hands and Feet Massage can be an incredible way to end a long, stressful day.
For clients who spend long hours in front of a computer, Headache Massage can relieve tension in the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders. Due to focused pressure, most headache sufferers can feel relief. Once the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders are loosened, a cold cloth is placed over the eyes while the arms and hands are massaged. The client will then finish sitting up, helping drain built-up fluid or congestion that may have accumulated.
