Simple and effective poses allow each student to work with their unique body and mind.  Our teachers are trained to address the unique needs of individuals within the class setting.  Each student is supported to achieve their desired results and potential.  People of all ages, yoga backgrounds, levels of mobility and flexibility, from athletes to those working with illness, injury and pain have experienced profound results.  Kaiut Yoga meets you as you are and continues to meet you as you change and grow. 

Yoga is a natural tool in your quest for sustainable health and wellness. The Kaiut Yoga Method uses simple poses that are customizable to each student's unique body and mind. It is accessible and effective for people of all ages, mobility, flexibility, pain, injury or experience.

During class we move the body in all the ways it’s meant to move. This engages the natural intelligence of our body and mind rewiring our brain and nervous system. This whole process greatly supports our overall health and wellness. Kaiut Yoga offers you the tools and experiences to maintain health while navigating our modern lives.

All ages and abilities are welcome. Kaiut Yoga is suitable for everybody and every body type. Our teachers are trained to address the unique needs of individuals within the class setting. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, whether you are an athlete or struggle with chronic pain, this style of yoga will meet you on the mat.

Classes are 1 hour in length and are taught by certified Kaiut Yoga Instructors, Lori Zucker and Kelly Childs. Bring your mat, wear comfortable clothing. We will take care of the rest.
