Kaiut Yoga now has a class just for students!
Why is Kaiut Yoga good for teens and young adults?
Nervous system and anxiety – The Kaiut Method works primarily with the joints versus stretching muscles. As Francisco Kaiut was developing it, he noticed when students worked more in poses focused on the joints their nervous systems responded and relaxed much more significantly. As the nervous system relaxes and students feel a sense of safety in class, they in return are able to work more effectively with the body. Kaiut Yoga students report that over time and with a consistent practice they change and ultimately gain a greater sense of well-being in their daily lives.
Athletic recovery – Our youths are increasingly specializing in specific sports which they engage in year round. This specialization creates the opportunity for repetitive use issues resulting in high school and college injuries as well as earlier deterioration as they age. Kaiut Yoga is an excellent counterbalance. In Kaiut, we work with all the many variations of movement in the joints addressing and cleaning up the system like a hygienic process.
Reservations are required to join our 6-person classes. Click HERE to register.
