Who doesn’t love a good story? As we try to make meaning of our life experiences and relationships, we create narratives to help us understand why something happened or why someone behaved the way they did. But too often the stories we create are flawed or based on an incomplete understanding of the circumstances.
In this workshop we’ll use tapping to help us identify and then reframe a painful story you’ve been telling yourself about a challenging experience or relationship. You may be surprised to find how quickly you can feel better about something that has been causing you a lot of stress, pain or even fear.
