Yoga offers a series of poses to link movement with breath. The practice is designed to neutralize tension, calm the body and allow dynamic exploration of the self. Moving from simple to complex the practice will cultivate a gradual awakening and restructuring of the body improving stamina, strength and postural stability. Yoga is an essential wellness practice encouraging students to pay attention to how they move, breathe, think and feel.
