Ayurvedic Cuisine The Principles & Practice of Ahara

Join us in the kitchen for a fun and informational cooking class based on the nourishing traditions of Ayurveda. Learn the basic cooking skills and recipes to create dosha specific meals and  beverages to heal, cleanse and nourish the body/mind.  

Conscious cooking and eating principles will be practiced as we create and share our evening meal together. Optional field trip to a local grocer on Saturday, May 20th. Bring your spouse or a friend.

  • Digestive Beverages
  • Digestive Nectar
  • Ghee Making
